Title Mobile Battery Tech

San Bruno Auto Center founded in 1951 is looking for Battery Service Technicians. We have great equipment, great employees & a great work environment. Qualifications are:

1) Must be a highly motivated individual. A background in Sales, Customer Service, and automotive experience is a plus.

2) Must be able to provide roadside service to customers in all types of weather conditions. We offer dedicated shifts with scheduled days off.

3) You must have:
a. Clean DMV record
b. Valid Class C driver’s licenses
c. Pass a pre-employment drug testing + random drug testing program
d. Minimum Age 25
e. Must be able to pass a pre-employment physical. Must be able to handle the physical demands of this position including lifting up to 70lbs, bending & kneeling.

4) Must be able to learn and navigate our service area.

5) Must be able to demonstrate good customer service skills when working with the public and co-workers.

6) Must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide.

7) Must be able to complete and maintain accurate paperwork.

Title Shop Foreman

Job Information

Established repair shop is looking for an experienced Automotive Shop Foreman. The Shop Foreman is responsible for creating work schedules and maintaining proper accounting of Service Technician productivity, generating service-related revenue, scheduling and performing timely repairs for company fleet and customer vehicles.
Our Shop Foreman will:
• Write repair orders, order parts, provide customer follow up
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and customer retention
• consistently adhere to a high level of professionalism and integrity at all times
• Be a leader is shop safety; ensure compliance with OSHA and environmental standards
• Have a regular consistent attendance record with the ability to be flexible in work schedule

Job Responsibilities:
• Servicing customers and leading the technical staff
• Application of in-depth automotive repair knowledge, people sills, customer relations, etc.
• Serve as a liaison between technicians and customers and service advisors
• Selecting, coaching, leading, training and supervising technicians while assisting with the purchase of parts, materials, and equipment
• Teammate and Customer retention

Requirements:

• Minimum four years auto service technical experience
• Proficient with diagnostics to include scanners, Identifix and Alldata
• Pre-employment drug screen, background check required
• Valid driver’s license required
